Who we are
StreamlineLabs ("StreamlineLabs", "we", "us") designs custom automation, AI, and systems-integration services. We are headquartered in Texas, United States, with offices in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and the Gulf (Dubai).
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, the project areas you select, and any details you include in your message.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider may process standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, for security and basic analytics. Our offices map loads map tiles from CARTO (whose basemaps are built on OpenStreetMap data), which receives your IP address as part of serving those tiles.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, scope potential work, and follow up about our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Legal bases and your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information — including under Canada's PIPEDA, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

Data sharing and transfers
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to inquiries, under appropriate confidentiality terms. Specifically, contact-form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Resend (our email-delivery processor), and the site is hosted on Vercel. Because we operate in Canada, the United States, and the UAE, your information may be processed in any of those regions.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
